    Lara:

We left home with dad and drove to Sydney and got to the Air BnB in the afternoon. We started getting ready while dad watched the election on TV. I wore a matching shirt with different colours with Rhea, and a white skirt. We had more time to get ready than Billie Eilish. We were trying to make a video where Rhea flips me over her shoulders. We did it twice and then we filmed ourselves and she dropped me.

The warm up act was Ashe. We got there and got some hot chips and a drink and then we went inside when Ashe started playing, so we were walking to our seats when she was playing. We sat down and after that we went downstairs to look at the merch inside when she’d finished playing.

The first song was Felt Good About You. We knew she’d start with that one because there was a set list. I didn’t wear ear plugs because I forgot them. The surprise song was This is the Drugs of War. I was happy about that.

Before Gracie we ran to the bathroom and there was a really long line. People started going to the disabled bathroom and there was a line for that. Then everyone lined up for the men’s bathroom cause there was no-one in there. We got in and a bald man walked out of the cubicle and there was a room full of girls.

A bunch of people fainted during the concert on the floor, they were probably dehydrated or squashed. We knew someone had fainted because the people around them shone their flashlights.

We ran to the merch stand outside at the end and got T shirts from there for $60 each. Dad was ages away because there were so many cars so we walked to where he was. Then we went to the Maccas Drive In and I got chicken nuggets and a milkshake. When we got back to the Air BnB I messaged my friends and sent them some videos. Dad went in to his room and then I went to sleep.

The next day we got up at 9ish and got dressed and left. We had brunch at Maccas. I had chicken nuggets again. I slept some of the way in the car. We got back and you (mum) were home.

After extensive travel for short periods both inside Australia and overseas, I took a break from my health policy job to travel for two months in Spain, Portugal and Morocco and live for four months in France, three of those in Paris. I'm currently living back in Australia with Steve and our twins Rhea and Lara.
